The Lost Daughter

Leda is one of those amazing older women that many others aspire to. She's the kind of woman who spends her days basking on the island's beach, eating ice cream. She takes naps, drinks, sings and does whatever she wants when she wants. But deep down, Lida suffers from anxiety. She gets dizzy when she remembers what she gave up to achieve her position. However, she doesn't want to change anything. That's what she says. When Nina comes to the same island as Leda for a family vacation, Leda sees a part of herself in the young mother. Nina's husband often leaves for work. And although she loves her daughter, the lifestyle of a pseudo-single parent exhausts her. All this seems very familiar to Lida. And so an elderly woman made friends with Nina, offering her comforting words. But Nina does not understand what Lida is asking her to refuse. Although in this story we hear about many absent parents, it is obvious that each of them, regardless of whether he is the primary caregiver or watches the children from a distance, loves his children.
