Plot of the film "The King of Staten Island"

A 24-year-old infantile named Scott lives with his mother and younger sister in the New York City borough of Staten Island. Since childhood, the guy can't come to terms with the death of his father, a firefighter, and now spends all his time smoking weed and stuffing friends with crooked tattoos. When his sister leaves for college, and his mother starts dating a man, also a firefighter, for the first time after her husband's death, Scott decides that he does not need such changes in his life, and now he will try to upset his mother's relationship.
