Outside the Wire

At the very beginning, Leo tells Harp that their task is to find the codes for launching nuclear missiles before the military commander Viktor Koval (Pilou Asbek) plans to attack the United States. However, when they successfully mine the codes, Leo discovers that he always had ulterior motives. He manipulates Harp, forcing him to remove the beacon and control chip so that he can act outside the competence of the US military, then knocks Harp out and goes to meet Koval. Leo kills Koval after unsuccessful negotiations, learns the location of hidden missile silos and goes to attack America using nuclear weapons, which he can now launch. Meanwhile, Garp is captured by Sofia (Emily Beecham), a teacher at a local orphanage, who turns out to be the leader of the resistance movement. Sofia gives a short monologue about the evil of the American military-industrial complex, and then releases Garp, saying that Leo is right to teach the United States a lesson. Garp then returns to the base, informs Colonel Eckhart (Michael Kelly) of Leo's plan and goes inside to stop him. In the missile silo, Harp confronts Leo and asks why he wants to bomb the United States, after which he causes a drone strike to destroy the launch control center and save the situation. Leo dies, and Garp is informed that he will be transferred home.
