After Yang

The action takes place in the near future, when humanity has reached a new level of robotics development. Creatures made of iron and leather have become faithful and irreplaceable helpers in the lives of ordinary citizens. It is almost impossible to distinguish them from humans. They are called androids and they are everywhere. Yang is one of these amazing creatures that man has created. He lives in the family and is the companion of their daughter. Because of his human behavior and the appearance of an ordinary child, the couple and the girl herself stopped perceiving him as a thing. Yang became part of their family. Everything was fine exactly until the main character was found to have a significant flaw. He fell into a digital coma and was subject to immediate destruction. This was monitored by special services that serviced the work of androids, including Young. But the father and daughter are too much attached to the kind robot boy that they are ready to do anything to save him. They will not give up, will not abandon Young and will not replace him with another android. People are forced to go on a long journey to return consciousness and working condition to the most unusual family member. That's just before that, no one managed to get robots out of a coma and they were simply sent to scrap.
