Welcome to the Power Project. The newest, hottest drug on the market, the "Power Pill" can give you five minutes to master the abilities of your dreams. Want cheetah speed? The transparency of a creature under water? Glowing firefly abilities? All this is available in one tiny capsule. Art knows this well. In fact, his own daughter, Tracy, is the source of all these abilities. Genetically gifted from a young age, Tracy has attracted the attention of some government officials belonging to an organization known as Telios. Telios agents abducted Tracy in broad daylight while her father was watching, unable to stop them. Now they are holding her captive as a lab rat, turning her abilities into a trial drug for the population of New Orleans. But Art is not going to give up. A former soldier, Art knows how corrupt the government can be. And if he hopes to save his daughter, he needs help. So he brings together Robin, a brilliant, desperate teenager who feels pressured to sell a drug, and Frank, an exhausted cop. Together they set out to rescue Tracy and destroy the Force Project.
