Hereditary policeman Andre Davis with the highest crime detection rates is under internal investigation, but, nevertheless, he is involved in the capture of two dangerous criminals. They committed a daring robbery in Manhattan and, leaving behind 7 dead policemen, went on the run. Davis has only one night to catch the killers, and the first thing he orders is to block all exits from Manhattan, including 21 bridges.
