Plot of the film "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil"

The film takes place in the swamps. Three men approach a tree where little mushroom fairies are hiding. The man grabs them, and he manages to get a few. They are stopped and attacked by a creature with large horns. Two of the men are killed by this creature, and one escapes with one of the little mushroom fairies. He returns him to the kingdom of Ulsted for an unknown purpose. The narrator says that five years have passed since Maleficent became the guardian of Princess Aurora after saving her from her father, King Stefan, but the story of Maleficent has been distorted to continue portraying her as a villain. These days Aurora is the queen of the Moors, controlling all magical creatures. The fairies Knotgrass, Thistle and Flittle come to tell Aurora something, along with a little porcupine fairy named Pinto. She steals Aurora's crown and forces her to chase after her, but Aurora falls into the river. When she swims out, she is greeted by Prince Philip. Aurora understands what is going on, and Philip proposes to her. She agrees, to the delight of all the fairies. However, Diaval overhears this and flies to inform Maleficent. Before he can finish his sentence, a very unhappy Maleficent flies off in search of Aurora.
