Plot of the film "We Can Be Heroes"
The superhero team known as the "Heroics" has always been an important part of young Missy Moreno's life. Of course, they have long been a part of everyone's daily life - the whole world relies on their protection and the exploits of good guys. But it was different for Missy. You see, Missy's father was once a superhero himself, a member of Heroics. At one time he was even the leader of the group. However, after the death of Missy's mom, dad retired and promised never to fly to dangerous places again. And Missy kept that vow. But... sometimes promises have to be broken. After a huge armada of attacking spaceships appears and destroys the current Heroics leader, Miracle Guy, as easily as swatting a buzzing fly, all superships from around the world are ordered to come to the rescue. This also applies to Missy's father. He always said that a real hero should sacrifice himself and set an example, so his choice is quite logical. But Missy is still a little unhappy. And she is not very happy that she was sent to a room with the children of other heroes. I mean, they're all pretty cute, I think. But they all have powers, just like their parents, and Missy is completely devoid of superpowers: she has never had them and most likely never will. It sticks out like a sore thumb. However, this is not the worst. When aliens with supertechnologies begin to destroy other members of the "Heroics" and take them prisoner- including Missy's father- the children decide that it's time for them to join the battle, too. But what can Missy do?
