Plot of the film "Kimi"
Kimi is similar to the Amazon-owned Alexa system. The key difference that makes it an order of magnitude better than its competitor, as explained by Bradley Hasling, CEO of Amygdala Corporation, is that it is controlled not only by algorithms. He says there are real people who listen to the command streams and adapt Kimi to make her smarter. Kimi may not know the answer to every question, but the people who listen to these recorded commands answer them and add them to the answers. So the next time you ask the same question, Kimi will give a unique automatic answer. As Bradley said, Kimi gets to know you better every day. Listening to one of these streams, Angela stumbles upon a recording where muffled voices attract her attention. She tries to hear the voice behind the music and finds out that the woman was molested. She doesn't know who this woman is or who molested her. But she wants to help. She turns to her Romanian colleague named Darius, who is drunk most of the time and often makes obscene comments under the pretext of coquetry, which Angela ignores. He helps her to enter the interface and get a full recording of the conversation with the lady. Angela is distressed to learn that the lady was murdered, but she had the sense to connect Kimi all this time in the hope that someone would find her and remove the veil of anonymity.
