Plot of the film "A Quiet Place"
We see a family - Krasinski plays an unnamed father, his real wife Emily Blunt is the mother, and Noah Jupe, Millicent Simmonds and Cade Woodward play their three children. The eldest, a girl, is deaf. The credits say it's "Day 89," and we can say we're in a world that has recently experienced the apocalypse. The family moves very slowly, on tiptoe, around a small city store, taking the few remaining supplies and prescription medications for the older boy, who seems to have the flu. They communicate in sign language and are incredibly careful not to make a sound, but the younger boy draws an image of a rocket on the floor - something that, according to him, will take them all away. We are beginning to understand that any sound will carry the maximum danger to the lives of all those who have seen. And the danger will increase in the next frame, when the child has found a toy that makes a big sound noise, and ... everything does not end well. The main part of the film "A Quiet Place" takes place more than a year later, when the family is in a difficult situation, and the mother is thirty-eighth week pregnant. Getting ready for a baby in a world without noise is not easy, and the father continues to study newspaper articles and research, looking for a way to stop creatures that kill at the slightest sound.
