Plot of the film "Underwater"
Nora is a lonely figure, a mechanical engineer on a deep-sea research project and a drilling station. She is clearly something (someone?) left behind. And her short, gloomy inner monologue is the only clue about how she ended up in an underwater complex at a depth of about seven miles in the Mariana Trench, staring blankly at herself in the mirror. However, this is all there is enough time for when it comes to the inner life of Nora. A young engineer suddenly feels some kind of shift, some sound, some change in the air of this sprawling complex of passageways, workrooms and laboratories. She walks up to the front door to the bathroom and raises her hand: is that a spray of water falling from the ceiling of the passage? It's impossible. That would mean... At this moment, the first thunderclap is heard in the long passage consisting of tons of steel, concrete and wood. The passage shudders and then begins to sag and burst as thousands of pounds of pressurized water begin to break through the walls and pour out in the direction of the Burrow. Dressed only in sweatpants and a sports bra, her usual clothes for sleeping, Nora runs screaming down the opposite corridor, trying to warn all residents that they need to get out. now. She falls, bounces off incredibly winding walls, gets her face, legs and feet dirty, climbing over metal rolling and debris that should not be in the direct path of her escape. Enjoy watching!
