Plot of the film "The Lion King"
In the African pride lands, most of the animals of the animal world live in relative harmony. The kingdom is ruled by lions - King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi. At the beginning of the film, Mufasa and Sarabi announce the birth of their son Simba to the rest of the pride animals. All animals are present at the ceremony, including the shaman of the kingdom and the king's adviser, Mandrill Rafiki. The only one who is not present at the ceremony is Simba's uncle and Mufasa's brother Scar, who with the birth of Simba has become one step further from the throne. Scar perceives Simba's birth as another obstacle that he must overcome in order to become king. Over time, Simba grows up, and Mufasa shows him the pride lands and explains to him the duties of the king and the circle of life that binds all living things. Despite Mufasa's instructions, Simba is still a young lion who is looking for thrills and adventures. One day, Scar persuades Simba and his best friend Nala to explore the elephant cemetery - an area that is outside the pride and under the protection of Mufasa. Simba and Nala escape from the custody of Mufasa's majordomo, Zazu the rhinoceros bird, and reach the cemetery. There, Simba and Nala encounter a pack of hungry hyenas led by Shenzi, Kamari and Azizi. Hyenas are planning to eat two lion cubs, and Simba is trying to protect Nala. Only the timely appearance of Mufasa prevents the death of Simba and Nala.
