Plot of the film "Fantasy Island"
The film begins on an island where a woman named Sloane Maddison is running away from someone. She calls for help from the island's owner, Mr. Roark, but he reminds her that she is a guest here, and Sloan is captured by her pursuer. Later, the plane with the guests arrives at Fantasy Island, where Roarke meets them with his assistant Julia. Among them are Gwen Olsen, Melanie Cole, Patrick Sullivan and stepbrothers J.D. and Brax Weaver. Roark tells them that all their greatest fantasies can be fulfilled until they reach their "natural conclusion." A man named Damo watches the guests from afar. After the guests get to know each other, Roark begins to lead them to their fantasies. He brings J.D. and Brax to an endles-style party where J.D. hangs out with a crowd of beautiful women, and Brax with beautiful men and a bunch of grass. During the party, Brax sees what looks like an obsession of a terribly burned man. The next morning, Gwen meets Roarke, who asks her questions about her biography. She is shown her fantasy: a restaurant where she rejected her ex-boyfriend's offer to pursue a career. She is met by her ex-boyfriend, Alan. He is real, but he was drawn into a fantasy, and Gwen feels guilty. However, she likes to communicate with Alan, and when he proposes to her again, she decides to accept him.
