The Gremm family lived in a tiny town more like a village. The son of the main character, Thomas, was still too young to take what was happening in the city seriously and was very upset because the neighborhood children did not want to be friends with him. Due to the pressure of society, the family was forced to move urgently, and their house and a small plot of land were reputed to be cursed. After some time, this property was inherited by Eli and Mary, who want to renovate the house for sale and earn good money on it.
