Employee of the Month

The main character of the film "The Unpolished" Vincent works in the police. He loves his job and dotes on it. Being a law enforcement officer, and even at the ministry, is probably his vocation, while it is worth noting that this guy sometimes knows his rights better than his duties, but that's not about it now. The young man heard rumors that massive cuts would soon take place. The main character does not want to lose his favorite job, he works for his own pleasure, he wants this job and position to be assigned to him, because he is the most dedicated employee to his work. For the rest of his life, Vincent wants to work here and quietly pursue his career, and then quietly live out his old age, again in peace and quiet. The transformations do not allow him to do this, the cuts are going to take him away, knock out this cherished chair right from under his... trousers. And what should Vincent do, can he really accept this monstrous injustice, of course not… The guy is not going to put up with this and makes all sorts of attempts to stay in his place, sometimes these attempts can be ridiculous, not quite appropriate and decent in certain circumstances. The bosses naturally want to organize a group of the best employees, so they check people in various ways and tasks, including sending them on dangerous trips and business trips. Will the main character Vincent be able to stay in his place or will the reduction still affect him.
