The events of the film take place in the late eighties in South Korea. Summer, the Olympic Games are coming. The film "Seoul Drive" tells about a team of racers called "Sanggye supreme team" who possess driving skills no worse than any professional Olympian. However, the team gets involved in a criminal case that is connected with money laundering. Trying to earn more money, the guys organize illegal races that the residents of the city do not like, and fall under the supervision of the police. In order not to be tied up, they decide to help the investigation and agree to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in one murky business. They need to get into a team from the criminal world and provide all the information to the fighters for justice. As a result, the team of racers works on two sides: criminals and the police. However, it is widely known that criminal authorities do not like rats in their team and deal with them quickly. "Sanggye supreme team" will have to reveal the entire earnings scheme, provide it to law enforcement agencies and survive.
