The main character of the satire on modern realities "Out of order" is Danny Sanders. The girl dreams of a career as a successful writer. Fame falls on her suddenly when she decides to go for a trick: she pretends to have gone to Paris, from where she exhibits photographs. No one suspects that all the photos are staged and high-quality editing, and she herself is sitting in her apartment at this time. Unexpected turns of events take place when a terrorist act occurs in the city of love. Instead of confessing to her deception and stopping everything, Danny decides to pretend to be one of the survivors of this tragedy. Thanks to this, her account is starting to gain more and more popularity. In a support group for victims of terrorism, she meets Rowan, a real victim. Her sincerity and kindness amaze Danny. Unlike her, Rowan did not strive for fame, but now, having received it, she is trying to let people think about some social problems through social networks. Danny is sinking more and more into the abyss of lies, which makes it increasingly difficult to maintain a fictional story. At one point, others will still find out the whole truth about her. The film ends ambiguously. The girl wanted to apologize to her newfound friend for her lies, but at the very end she changes her mind and silently leaves.
